The Pelican State

We made a two day trip through here on our way to Texas in December, 2009. As we were using a tent at that time we would ask the towns where we could pitch our tent. In one town they wouldn't let us due to a storm coming in. We were allowed to bed down in the interrogation room of the local PD. We will return to "tour" the state later.
