Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our traveling website. We hope you enjoy your visit and will come back often and be a part of our tour of America.

I came into this world in July of 1995 and it's been quite a ride since then. Things began in a normal way and I was saying "dada" at about six months. Shortly thereafter, everything went quiet. I had my own world but dad still insisted on doing boy things with me. By my first birthday I had been dipped in a river, slept in a tent and sleeping bag three times and had taken a 3500 mile car ride with dad and my sister. I had even flown on a plane. Just before I turned two they said I had something called autism. I still don't have any idea what that is since my life didn't change a whole lot. Since that time I have been in special education schools and that is fine with me. That hasn't stopped me from doing a lot of things that most other children don't get to do. I've seen the Atlantic and Pacific oceans as well as having been swimming quite often in the Gulf of Mexico. I've been back-packing on the Florida Trail, the Appalachian Trail, in the Conecah State forest in Alabama and Providence Canyon State Park in Georgia. I've even attended a wedding on the Appalachian Trail.

My mom passed away in early 2004 and it's been dad and I since then. That took some getting use to for both of us since they divorced about the time I was diagnosed but we managed to survive and are stronger for it. He has to keep an eye on me as I do like to go off on my own once in a while. I did it once in the woods and really worried dad. Now dad makes me wear a medical ID dog tag that says who I am and who I belong to. He also has alarms on the trailer doors in case I want to go for a walk at night.

We began our tour in 2009 and we hope to begin stage 2 in the spring. I don't know when we will be back in Florida. I know I'm enjoying seeing America and love looking at all the pictures we take. Dad's camera plugs into my television and I can spend hours looking at them. I do need to take a break for a movie once in a while.

Once again, thanks for stopping by and visiting with us. Please sign our guest book before you leave.
